I would highly recommend selling a property with Davis Tate, they were brilliant throughout the sale of our house. Andy (branch manager) in particular was superb, he was always at the end of the phone when any issue arose during the conveyancing process and worked very hard to get our sale over the line. The quality of the images taken to advertise our house were excellent, and we agreed a sale after only 3 days on the market which was better than we could have hoped for, thank you again
