I sold my house quickly and achieved above asking price thanks to Pedder and Natasha in particular, whose advice and guidance throughout the sale was exceptional. What really impressed me was that once I’d instructed Pedder, four members of staff from two different offices came to visit the property so that they had firsthand knowledge of it and every interaction with the whole team was positive - they always knew who I was and what was going on with the sale. I would highly recommend Natasha and the team to sell your property.
