Sold my house via Hannells back in summer time, given all the rush, finally completed in Nov. The service from Hannells was really good, particular impress with the homework done by Rebecca prior to the initial valuation. That gives me a good idea on the price to put on the market.
During the sale, the update was good, the team let me know the feedback from the viewer the next day and even if there is no feedback, I was informed.
As I use the recommended solicitor, Debbie has been keeping me up-to-date at all stage and help me to chase up the solicitor as well.
Lost a star, due to a couple of small points. The photo taken were overly distorted to make the house look bigger but actually look out of proportion. Saying that, maybe just me, as there were a good number of viewing all the time. The other point, Debbie is great following and chasing up the solicitor. However the solicitor is still quite slow so I am not sure that was the right choice to use the recommended solicitor.
