Hi Mary,
Very annoying, but this agent always does this. I agree it is the untruthfulness that is upsetting. They do this when you are purchasing a property as well. They “make up” other offers to try and get you to bump up your offer, and when you refuse, miraculously the other offers disappear! ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
