Moving into new home, one that had been part exchanged with a developer, cane with some tricky issues. The previous owners had packed up and left, leaving no paperwork or documentation. The staff at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow were excellent and at the end it was their efforts that got us in, when it seemed like it would never happen. Can't fault their support and advice.
