Hi had a great experience with Watson Homes. I originally called them to get a viewing on a house and ended up talking about my house and weighing up whether it was worth doing an extension or not. Anthony then came over to eye this up for me and I decided that the price we would get following extension would not be worth going through the extension. The value Anthony gave me of the house was a lot more than we had thought and he said it would sell very quickly. We put our house on the market and again Anthony came round to do the pictures. He took some great pictures and Amanda did a great video tour as well. They were all very respectful of the house the whole time, asking about shoes and masks etc. Scott then came into the picture and did an open day on the forst Saturday after we had put the house on the market. True to their word the house went on the first weekend and for over the price it was on the market for which we were chuffed about. The person then withdrew but again Scott did some midweek viewings where I was able to stay in the house and work at the same time. After the house was sold Haley did a great job of staying in touch with solicitors and pushing all parties to get across the line. We had a nightmare with other people's estate agents and solicitors but the constant clear communication from Hayley throughout kept us sane. She even gave us updates when she had Covid! All in what a lovely team that seem like a real family. If I hadn't moved out the area I would definitely buy and sell through them again!
