If there was a negative rating star I would definitely use that.
unprofessional, unethical, rude and lack of communication. Three days after paying for the holding deposit, they call me to tell that they passed the room to somebody else.
I wouldn't suggest this agency. Save yourself time.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. However, we were instructed by the Landlord to start eviction proceedings and took instructions at all times from them. Eviction proceedings started due to breaches to the agreement and instructions we received by the Landlord. The ruling in court was in favour of the eviction. We do apologise for your experience. ...
