Outstanding is the only word I can use with regards to my experience of Richard James ( especially Alex Brown – Branch Manager ) Royal Wotton Bassett. Thanks Alex for an exceptional service in handling the sale of my property. Taking into account the difficult time with viewings taking place during lockdown, nothing was too much trouble for Alex. I really felt that Alex was really working for me, which is not always the case with estate agents. Having secured the sale, Alex continued to go the extra mile liaising with purchasers and solicitors to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Highly recommended.
