Incompetent, and then don't seem to have the ability to understand their errors.

I had two appointments and on both occasions received a call literally one minute before the meeting time to cancel/delay. Being late happens, but the level of notice was unacceptable.

They made a song & dance about using their market knowledge to value my flat. Their report had 4 properties on it, two were valid and the other two were actually my own flat (twice!) on with other agents. Somehow, by comparing the details of my place against this list, they still managed to come up with a different valuation - even though they were comparing it against itself (twice!!!).

When I pointed this valuation issue out to them, they responded that their figure was pretty close to what the others had valued us at. However, again, they seemed unable to read their own report as the figure they claimed to be close to wasn't the one shown on the report (twice!).

A real shame, as they seemed nice enough guys, but really shambolic performance !!!

We had confirmed that we do not manage the property, but we still tried to help and had conversation with the landlord and yourself as your relationship had become difficult. I believe the landlord had provided you with an update GSI and his builder had attended but due to the way you spoke to the builder, he was not willing come back and the landlord had to assign other contractors. What agent could do to change your mind?
Give us a mobile number in the first place or contact us. It is the most annoying thing to stand in the cold for 30minutes, beeing stood up!
