M&C thoroughly deserve a 5-star review from me. I've been using their fully managed service for almost 10 years now and over that period the whole team has been great. I have genuinely had an excellent level of service with extremely kind, courteous and efficient assistance from Riche Todd, Maxine Card (and the rest of the team) who have always helped with emails, admin, repairs, maintenance and rentals etc to a high standard and very efficiently. The tenants have also benefited since they always have a prompt and local estate agent for help if needs be :0).
