I had dealt with MLH on previous occasions as they had been my letting agents so when a sale fell through via another agent, MLH were an obvious choice to pick up the phone to. My contact point, Chris Ashman-Adams is a rare gem among estate agents. Professional, communicative, transparent and updates were always by phone call rather than the easy way out via email.
