We couldn't have asked for a more supportive, transparent and helpful agent to help navigate us through our move. Charlie swiftly sold our property but challenges with our onward chain turned the move into a very long process which was very stressful at times. Charlie made himself available at every step of the way and went above and beyond multiple times, being proactive, offering options and maintaining an open line of communication through all parties. We could rely on him to provide/extract answers and keep the journey moving in the right direction when others couldn't and we are delighted to have finally got there in the end!! Thank you Charlie!!
