“SCAM COMPANY WITH FRAUDULENT CONTRACT...”

AVOID!!! This company is a SCAM, be sure to check the dodgy contract before you sign. I signed up for a 12 months tenancy which started off as a nightmare now I'm in the final month of the 12 month contract and despite me already moving out of the property they have told me that if the other resident in the property doesn't serve a notice to end the tenancy I am still liable for the fees moving forward despite me serving a notice. I will be taking legal action against this fraud of a company and I would advise you to avoid them at all costs. Also most of there 5 star reviews are fake.

Hi Ashley,
Further to your review, as explained several times and for clarity, serving notice (whether and Landlord or Tenant) is required in all tenancy agreements. This is extremely clear, and was known.
This works both ways of course, and provides security for Landlords and Tenants.
This is not dodgy, or a scam, but entirely standard across the industry.
In any event, flexibility was still shown to you, which does question the need for an outlandish defamatory review.
