I have just bought a house through them. Great service from John Parkin. He breaks the mould of most estate agents and genuinely manages to help both buyers and sellers. Above all he did not treat me with the usual disdain as a buyer which I find tends to be rather prevalent in the current market.
He was both professional, pragmatic, and efficient throughout and I have to say helped keep things on track as all parties suffered at the hands of the legal process.
Their attitude is very much that of a local family firm and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
