Seriously unprofessional. Moved out of a property which an employee of surrey and hants, Debbie Collins, decided to not advertise and take herself. Not only did she move into the property but she also was the person dealing with our checkout report! The property was in disrepair when we moved in and the landlord only did the basics to make it livable we did the rest ourselves and didn't ask to be covered for the cost. Debbie decided she wanted the whole place repainted and various other things at our expense. Thing became personal very quickly. She shouted at us. Hung up on us. Told us our home smelt like dog. We had never received a check in report even though requested at the beginning. She straight up called me a LIAR and said they could pay someone to look through our iclouds to prove we had been sent them. We asked to speak to her manager and she wouldn't let us. She told us no one wants to speak to us and kept putting the phone down. This lady actually SCREAMED at us at one point. THIS WOMAN IS NUTS! It's beyond me how she still has a job. Worst estate agents we've ever rented with and never had a problem in 7+ year. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I really can't see how we can be perceived as 'not responsive'. Lea, contacted us on Monday with a few issues. We spoke to her landlord who asked us to research the issues. I visited the property the very next day, reported back to the landlord who instructed us to resolve the issues of which we are doing so booking in contractors to fix the shower and the fridge. We moved into our property in early 2019. Surrey and Hants moves things very quickly, to ensure that we got our keys within a couple of days.
