My experience is with Belvoir in Bulwell. I have found them extremely helpful. I rent through them and have reported two problems during the last week by email. Both have been dealt with very quickly and the problems resolved within days

As there are four offices in the Nottingham area, we would like to know at which office your issues arose and what address this occurred. To our knowledge at the Central branch we have never charged for a reference for tenants.
