I recently sold my property through Belvoir. I had originally marketed with another agency and whilst I had a large number of viewings I was not getting much by way of feedback or any input from the agency that would help me to sell. I reached out to Jan at Belvoir and she immediately visited the property, gave input into really small things I could do to the property that would help with presentation and arranged for much better photography to market the property in the way it deserved! I had an offer on the property within two weeks of marketing it with Belvoir (vs over 12 with the other company). Jan was really great at keeping in contact throughout the selling process and helped move it along at any sticking points. Highly recommend using Belvoir to sell a property, Jan and John are a really good team.
