We had a brilliant experience with Pedder. Straight forward, honest and direct. They sold our house for far more than I thought was possible. It was a little scary but we just trusted their experience and professionalism and of course they were right! Great photos, viewings, lots of feedback, easy to get hold of throughout the whole process. When we had a few bumps in the road through the negotiations they supported us through it all. Dedicated support throughout the sales negotiations from, all admin completed promptly, handled all renegotiations very quickly. Very calm, very professional. Very competitive fee. I highly recommend this agent.
