Shocking bunch of money-grabbing amateurs. Zero respect or concern for the people they allegedly 'serve'. Don't answer emails if they are 'troublesome' to them but are quick to send out diactic, authoritarian, haranguing emails to their 'clients' when it suits them, bullying and threatening.
