I was so impressed with the Neil and his team at every single stage of the selling process.
Initial valuation - honest and professional feedback. I received an in depth analysis and pricing strategy, with clear next steps.
Photos - convenient time for the team to go to the flat, and quality of images / perspectives captured were top draw.
Video - wow. Seriously impressive and a massive differentiator.
Viewings - I couldn't believe how many viewings I had in such a short space of time and then consequent offers a day after.
I'd 100% use Neil King and his team again, and highly recommend.
