this company iam sold ltd are load of cons.Not only they took 6.000 for doing nothing they took another 44.000 for property which was fake plus even worst pictures were date in 2017 when selling this property they use these pictures and virtual to actually sell. There con made family live on streets with load of problems and property which was meant to be fresh. We live in modern country but this company takes your money and run dont be fooled like i was..scum actually

IAM-Sold is an auction service provider who offers properties for sale and they recommend that all interested parties view the property, review the auction terms and conditions and the Buyers Information Pack before proceeding to bid.

Unfortunately, the buyer did not attend a viewing of the property before bidding, or prior to completion which is expected with any property transaction.

The photographs were evidenced as being taken a few weeks before the property was offered for sale and the property was marketed as being in need of work throughout and the listing also confirmed that the property was priced to reflect this.

Whilst we empathise with the buyer if the property was not as they expected, however the property was marketed inline appropriately, and offered at a fair price.

You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
