I’m sure you can appreciate that the detailed specifics of this purchase (such as address, price etc) should not be aired on this forum; however I would like to make you aware of a couple of points. Firstly it is NOT the role of any estate agent to establish what charge or charges are applicable to any property sale, this is the job of the solicitor to establish early on in the process. To hold Park Row responsible for this is simply wrong (we have double checked this information with the NAEA).
Secondly the charge on the property was, as you were made aware, easily rectified; however, rather than wait for this to be done you chose to pull out of the sale instead which has financial consequences such as ‘aborted solicitor fees’. Again to hold us responsible for this is wrong.
Finally we have spoken to the solicitor involved and, as we expected, we have never ignored them but communicated regularly throughout.
We have encouraged you several times to put in an official complaint to us to give us the opportunity to address any issues with us in a professional manner but instead you are choosing to troll us wherever you can on various forums which is not helpful especially as (from the comments you’ve already made) your allegations appear to be completely unfounded.
