Overall a really positive experience, Personally I found the sales executive Sophie difficult to deal with. However, Angie was amazing, really friendly, professional and this resulted in a pleasant experience from the point she took over, nothing ever seemed to much trouble. I believe Angie is a real credit to this business and displayed everything I would associate with exceptional customer service.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
