KFH is a really bad property management company. They have increased monthly charges by 30% (now £400 a month for a 1 bed flat where it was £300 pre pandemic) and refused to explain why. They do not respond to complaints. Flats have regular issues with leaks and subsequent and they do nothing about it except promise to schedule works which never happen. Exterior decoration has been neglected to the point all the plaster is flaking off the balconies. The gardening company they hire urinate in the flower beds when they think nobody is looking. It took five years to install fire doors following the recommendation of the fire brigade following Grenfell. They are rude and defensive when you do have contact. No AGM this year to allow proper scrutiny. I am at the point of going to the ombudsman to have them investigated and will be seeking legal advice. I feel really sorry for the excellent care taker who must receive the brunt of this through no fault of his own. Currently gathering support for their removal. If you can avoid this company do, they are a disgrace, they simply take your money with very little to be seen in return.

They trained to treat you like mugs. When I worked there one big boss said think inside the box. also they hated to pick up the phone you was looked down upon when you did. Only thing management care about how cool they looked in their cheep suits.
