If I ever phoned for an update I was amazed that no matter who I spoke to they were fully up to speed with the transaction history. Also if anyone went on holiday this did not impact their responsiveness. I was honestly made to feel that my sale was the most important one on their books. The team came across as experienced professionals who genuinely put quality over quantity and going forward I would not use any other agent. I believe that my property sale would not have been successful if I had put it into the hands of another agency.
