Natasha and the team are simply the best. In 2016 Natasha sold our 1 bedroom flat above asking price within a week, so when we decided to sell our 4 bedroom mid terrace house it was obvious which estate agent to use. We instructed Pedder on a Tuesday, photos were taken Thursday, the listing went online Friday and viewings Saturday, offers came in Monday so all in less than 1 week! Our buyers were also selling through Pedder which made the whole process so smooth. We highly recommend Natasha and her team!
