Best estate agent experience ever!
A truly personalised service, Richard was available to contact via WhatsApp at all hours of the day and evening . He always responded almost instantly to any messages I sent, which is great when it's after 6pm or a weekend when all other agents have finished and you have a burning question! This helped allay the inevitable anxieties that always arise during any house sale/purchase. Plus his calm and reassuring manner helps.
Expert knowledge of the local area and a competitive price to boot!
We have had several experiences of estate agents for buying and selling over the years, sadly many of them less than ideal, but Red Homes ( Richard at Buckerell) is simply head and shoulders above the rest!
I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in East Devon looking to buy or sell.
