My brother used Your move to sell his property. He was recommended to use Hannah Battersby at Conveyancing Expert Ltd at Manchester. This lady was lazy and useless; everything was not her responsibility. She could tell the client who was living 6,000 miles away, from Hong Kong to contact the previous solicitor for the old lease. The previous solicitor is just in Yorkshire, UK. Because of digital data, the land registrar can not provide another one. She requested the client to pay extra insurance for this issue. Luckily, Steve, the manager of the sales team has resolved the issue. We were impressed by their professional service.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are the highest I've ever seen with any agents. Full security deposit was returned minus a £200 "moving out fee" before moving in a fee of 1 months rent was paid (non-returnable) I've now begun a tenancy with an independent agent who charged £50 of fees and nothing else (except security deposit) to put your move's fees into perspective.
