Appalling customer service, rude, arrogant and nosey staff. Very quick at finding fault with you but crap at dealing with any faults in property.

they haven’t returned my £150 even though they wouldn’t let us rent a house even after providing good references and and more than sufficient income.. so in that respect I feel they steal your money after having no intention of renting to you.
