Just excellent! We had what we thought was a very simple house move, no chains either end. But, our mistake, we used an online conveyancing agency who were awful. But Angie Powell was just excellent, filled in the necessary gaps when our solicitor went silent on us, provided explanations when we were confused, and talked us through processes that should have been happening. She went over and above what was expected and we are very grateful!

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
