Awful & Full of lying company !

The negotiator called Hannah gave a wrong and misleading transaction date to buyer when I make an offer.
After 3 weeks (after viewing) ask me to exchange contract, but the solicitor said not yet ready. How come documents not yet ready and can make exchange contract? ! Such misleading information caused me waste time and money to process on surveyor's report & solicitor.

I follow up with compliant letter to Ashtons and ask for investigation this case. Sudden got her MD Peter Docwra rudely replied. Do you know what he replied? He terribly told me vendor pay for them and they are not serve buyer and don't know why I need to compliant even gave a wrong information by their staff... They deny their faults without investigation even promised to do so by official email. Shame on this company! IF you have property, go for other estate agents! This is Dreadful company ! Not reliable !

What agent could do to change your mind?
This letting agent makes me feel they are doing me a favour by letting me live there. A little more sensitivity when writing letters to tenants would help rather than focusing on cleanliness above all else.
