Selling a home after 26 years and moving complex entire lives to the other side of the country was always going to be a challenge that would need consummate professionals involved in the whole process if it was to be successful. After interviewing a number of agents we met Joe who had a completely different marketing strategy and was solidly confident that he could get us a better price and manage the transition smoothly. He was right; his dedication to the project and his professional skills meant that we quickly got a strong buyer and chain, communications were regular (we never waited for a "call-back") and his charismatic character meant that even when things went off-piste a number of times he was always there to support, find solutions or help in anyway he could. His commitment to the chain progression was refreshing with his eye on the whole chain all of the time; he was in regular contact with every point within it and ready to nudge wherever it was needed. Throughout the transaction we were also assisted by Claire who was so diligent and helped keep the stress levels to a minimum. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Belvoir and Joe and Claire in particular to anyone else moving house. If you want professionals that really do go above and beyond and are dedicated to you then choose Belvoir.
