I first encountered this excellent estate agency when I was shown around one of the properties on its books, hoping to buy. I was impressed by the agent's knowledge of the local market, the lack of a 'hard sell' (which would have put me off) and the informative descriptions and photos on its website - usually including floorplans, often a video tour, and invariably a photo of every room (unlike some of its competitors). I therefore chose the company to be the letting agent for my property and have been equally impressed by the willingness of the staff to guide me (a novice) through the process, answering all my queries with clarity, expertise and friendliness. A tenant was found within a week of my property being put on the market. I would thoroughly recommend Grimwood's to anyone hoping to sell or rent out a property.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
