I made an offer on a property and it was accepted by the seller. I had to arrange a mortgage as Rush Witt &Wilson was well aware of. After 4 weeks I started to get really hassled by them, they were aware I was serious about the sale and had incurred Solicitor's fees. The property was sold subject to contract. After 5 weeks they advised they were putting the property back on the market, they said because the vendor had instructed them. They sold to another buyer and I lost the sale incurring considerable cost.
My view is that this move was motivated my RishWitt &Wilson and not the vendor as all they were interested in getting was their commission.
I have asked them to take my name off their data base I found this estate agent to be pushy, ruthless and not at all balanced in their approach to the Buyer all they are interested in is getting their commission BEWARE! ......do not spend any money. After they had cost me considerable Solicitors fees, they had the cheek to offer to buy my searches to speed up the new buyers sale and Barnaby the Manager sent a final email saying he did not understand why I took issue with the company....develop some emotional intelligence and avoid rubbing salt in the wound of your customer PLEASE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
