Keatons Customer Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from Keatons, you should put your concerns in writing to the departmental manager.
The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated and replied to within 15 days.
If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please email [email protected]. You will receive an acknowledgment email and your complaint will be reviewed.
A full investigation will take place and a letter will be sent confirming our final view point within 21 days of the acknowledgement letter.
In the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied with the final view point of your complaint, you can write to The Property Ombudsman within six months from the date of our final letter, they will review your complaint and advise of their decision. www.tpos.co.uk
The only pertinent issue here is that you attempted to avoid paying fees due to Keatons by continually attempting to gaslight various members of the Keatons team with false information and arguments based purely on your feelings rather than fact. When challenged you simply claimed an individual as aggressive and asked to speak to someone else.
Considering the above we politely asked you document any dissatisfaction you held with our service to our Head Office. This would have afforded you the opportunity to put forward any legal or fact-based arguments to why you should break the contract we had held together for 10 years.
You refused and lamentably we pursued our claim legally. Prior to any court hearing you settled the outstanding balance.
You have now chosen to attempt to damage our reputation rather than pursuing your case through established channels.
You had and still have the option of escalating any grievance to The Property Ombudsman who would independently adjudicate the case.
