I've had the same problem with cherelle i waited for over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still hadn't been repaired when I left the property leaving me with a water bill of 175 pound because it constantly ran also other repairs were not done no gas safety certificates at all in the 2 years I was there and still waiting for my deposit as well ...

Absolute joke of an agent. Failed to pass on tenants deposit for me to register, ended up getting them to do and its been done LATE.
Had to chase them for landlords statement for first months rent.
2nd payment is now a week late and no word from them as to why or where it is, I have had to chase them. Would avoid like the plague. ...
