I second what Marcia said above. I wish I read her review before even engaging with Outlet Residential Ltd. (https://outletresidential.co.uk). On top of being completely slow to respond as well as act to address much needed repairs they were responsible for, they sometimes NEVER addressed needed repairs to make the flat livable despite multiple attempts to contact them. From reading multiple reviews online, it seems that their MO is to provide run-down, sketchy, dirty flats that quickly become dirty in a matter of days and leave the tenant frustrated and footing any extra bills.
