Alex Neil’s sales progression staff (Michelle & Alan) should have been named Sales Regression. Rude, illiterate & even asked me to go down & photograph my own property with a dated newspaper in my hand to show the buyer that the property was ok as he lived some distance away. I was recovering from major surgery. Not quite sure what they thought their job was…?
Matteo who I met once on instruction was well presented & amenable. Katie is an extremely pleasant girl & certainly tries very hard indeed. Katie btw it is a conveyance not litigation in property transactions.
Mark Wilson also needs to be advised that money laundering in property transactions is the largest fraud in the UK. His email was discourteous & terse/passive aggressive.
This was a cash sale & took 5 + months only achieved by my pressure & threat to pull out. I don’t believe your due diligence is up to scratch & I cannot recommend you to others. I have sold over 13 properties in the last 25 years & this has been the most stressful .
