I will always recommend Martin & Co. Laura was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful through the whole process of finalizing the rent, working with the landlord, and my need for flexibility during the move-in process. Updates were timely and welcome. I'm an international student and it was difficult to find an agency who was willing to assist on my time while in different time zones. Laura was courteous toward the situation and persistent in getting me the perfect flat for me.
