As a student, I feel as though it was a huge mistake renting a flat at Quasar. The landlords treat us with little respect and are constantly searching for ways to get more money out of us - at this point (only a month in) I’ve already accepted that this flat could be spotless and I still won’t get my deposit back. What’s more, I feel as though many of the reviews listed here are inaccurate and possibly even written by friends of the agency as this is common practice with agencies like this, plus many of those reviews look like they were written by middle aged members of the public and Quasar is specifically for students. If you sift through the reviews you’ll find reviews clearly written by students who have actually lived here and they are mostly negative. If you do want to live here please be aware that the landlords are fairly rude and impolite and have little respect for young adults/students. Please be really considerate and thoughtful about whether this place is right for you - I’d consider myself very polite and respectful but have still had problems with the landlord and come away from the exchange feeling small and belittled. I hope that if you do choose to rent here, you have a better experience than me and my flatmates.

I had a terrible experience with this agency in the two years that I rented a flat in Bath as a student. The agents are rude, unwilling to help and charge a ridiculously high price for a poor quality service. Even during the Covid-19 crisis ...

Totally agree! Extremely rude, very unhelpful people, and if you dare to telephone them they cannot wait to get rid of you! Couldn't resolve even the most minor of problems. Avoid at all costs, there are enough professional people out there for you not to have to suffer this level of unprofessional incompetence. ...
