"Extremely disappointed to be lied to" We even haven't managed to moved in the property. Three of their staff members have told us on three occasions that we could move in on the date we needed. Then one week before the move-in date, a person called Vicki from the management team told us we cannot move in. Then we rang the three people who have promised us with the moving dates before. Guess what? They ALL denied that they ever said that. This is a company cannot be trusted. I must warn people - Avoid the country properties!
