The team, and especially Simon, worked hard to secure viewings of our property, and chased prospective buyers to get a sensible offer. When a buyer prevaricated Simon followed up regularly, and always knew more about what was going on than our solicitor did.
We also bought a property through this branch at the same time, and again Simon and all the team worked hard to keep the momentum going despite a long series of delays caused by a defaulting buyer.
