When I decided to sell my flat earlier this year, a friend highly recommended McDougall McQueen to me. I had admittedly already semi-decided on going with another estate agent, but I am so glad that I instead had the good sense to run with this recommendation! Sylvia Kuzminski was superb right from the start. She was ultra-patient with my basic questions and kept me informed and involved at every step of the way. Her service was so personal that it was easy to forget that I was only one of many clients she had! A number of viewers also remarked on how helpful they had found their interactions with Sylvia compared with selling agents for other properties they had seen. This certainly boosted my confidence in the decision I had made to put the sale of my flat in her hands. Also worthy of an additional mention and thanks is Jane Yarrington, who negotiated my subsequent house purchase for me. She too provided a super service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. And last, but FAR from least, Alisha Malik's service was incredible right throughout the conveyancing process for my new house. Her communication was absolutely flawless from start to finish and I will most definitely involve her if I am purchasing again.
