What a breath of fresh air! Estate agents who put service before profit and truly promote their stated policies of transparency and managing their clients’ expectations. Oliver Hewitt, manager of the Wokingham branch of Sears, visited the property I was assisting my elderly friend to put on the market the day of my phone call; took time to go through the procedure and the paperwork and returned to take photographs the next morning. The property was on the market the same afternoon, a potential buyer introduced the following day and a sale ( and purchase) subject to contract sewn up within the week. I dealt with two other sales colleagues who were equally professional ( James and Tim) and Hannah is now progressing the transactions. I have no doubt she will do a brilliant job too! Great Teamwork , great communication throughout and a very happy customer. I have lived in Wokingham for over 40 years and will definitely be recommending Sears to family and friends. They give Estate Agents a good name!
