I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by one of your team members, Jake Clapham. I was looking at rental properties with Haart and from the initial enquiry and throughout Jake went above and beyond to accommodate anything I needed. Even though I was unable to attend a viewing due to illness, Jake made sure we did not miss out on an opportunity.
Not only did he keep in constant contact, but we received a walk round video of the property to allow us to have the opportunity to view. This is the most helpful anybody has ever been to whilst trying to find our new forever home and I commend this level of commitment to his customers and your company.
Such a high level of service give us the confidence to return and keep looking for properties with Hart. Jake has been extremely attentive and helpful. This has also restored our faith in the world, and we are extremely satisfied with the service. You have an excellent member of your team there and his efforts should not go un- noticed!
We are hoping to keep looking for our forever home and we are hoping it will be though Haart because as we are concerned, Hart is a company that provides and puts their customers first!
