Such a smooth experience.
Cathy came to value the house and she was so enthusiastic we decided straight away to use her for the sale and confirmed it the same day.
From then, Emilia in the office was fabulous. She arranged for the photographer to attend my address whilst I was at work and there were no issues. Within days the photos were ready to go online. They were good as they blurred out personal things in the house.
Within an hour of the house going online I had 6 viewings booked. This was really easy through their text message system for bookings.
An offer was accepted within a week, with Emilia contacting the buyers and getting their best offers, which went up a lot from their original.
The house sold for over £20k the asking price which was amazing, and it was cash.
Emilia and the rest of the team managed the sale up to completion. I got regular updates on the buyers and their solicitor, and they also contacted my solicitor to push for updates as we wanted a quick sale.
Overall the team are great and worked hard to get the sale through on a short deadline. Big thanks to Emilia and Helen who were always emailing and calling with updates and questions from the buyers.
they may be slightly more expensive than online estate agents like purple bricks, but the service is definitely worth the money.
