We rented our property over a five year period with it undergoing a change of agents half way through our tenancy period.
Romans were the final agents on this property and we can gladly say that the services was excellent although it got off to a bit of a slow start.
Our first Agent from Romans was not up to the task although it may have been only to undertake inspections and deal with any issues that may have arisen, we felt very let down by the service she provided.
Having said this, Romans quickly rectified the issue and appointed Judy to oversee ore property.
What a difference. She was not only friendly, helpful and organised but we felt her to be proactive in getting items sorted that to us where not a problem.
Through out the remaining period of our tenancy we had the assistance of Judy who undertook numerous visits, arrange both repairs and replacement of appliances that had broken but also struck up a well appreciated friendship based on trust, honesty and the willingness to put both our and the clients needs first.
On our departure from the property, Judy made the process very easy, stress free and gave us the opinion that if we ever had to use the agency again, we would not only be glad to but have recommended it to others.
Judy, many thanks for all your hard work and good luck with the new tenants.

That is because they do not respect their tenants. My house was offered on the market without me knowing.
