Experience with HH started off fairly well. After putting an offer in for a property, they were helpful in putting me in touch with solicitors, finance advisors, ect.

But despite waiting 6 months for the seller to find their own property, the estate agen expected me to rush round a few days before the completion date they had requested. And despite how much time was spent waiting on them, I was then given 2 weeks to sort an issue out that was only raised at the last minute, and they would be relisting the property.

Despite trying to fix the issue, I was then told by the solicitor that another buyer had purchased the home, and that I should have made them aware of this after being informed by the estate agents.
Unfortunately, the estate agents NEVER got in touch to inform me someone else has bought the property, and when I challenged this, with a complete log of the e-mails that had gone back_and-forth, they still tried to claim they had given me all the relevant information.

Ended up being a waste of time. If you end up being put through to Clair Collins, request another sales agent ASAP, as she will not give you the correct information, and then try to blame you for it, even when you have the evidence that shows she is lying.
