Referencing and affordability checks on a prospective tenant
Collect and remit initial month’s rent received
Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions

We offer a fee of £995.00 plus VAT (£1194.00) if you pay within 14 days of putting your property on the market or you can take the NO SALE NO FEE option which is 1% plus VAT - minimum fee £1250 plus VAT (£1500.00)

We have to do referencing on all tenants, if your current landlord reported arrears its unlikely that our landlord would accept you as a tenant. If you wish to challenge this decision, please let me know, I will happily look at your application once the arrears are paid off or you provide evidence that you have paid the rent in full.
