I am sorry to hear about the experiences you have had with us. I have looked into the correspondence throughout your Tenancy and can see that the reason for the delay in having the washing machine repaired was due to the machine being within warranty and the manufacturer were working on a skeleton staff system due to just coming out of the Lockdown. I can also see that to expedite the issue we had a separate appliance engineer attend the property who had stated they could not carry out repairs as the machine was in warranty and forcing the door open on the machine would cause for the warranty to be void. I can also see that there was a missed appointment with the Manufacturer which also added to the delays in having this repaired for you.
We had attempted to have the machine repaired for you as quickly as possible, however external factors (COVID-19, Manufacturer’s skeleton staff and a missed appointment) ultimately led to its delay.
